At Your Local IELTS Coach, I’m dedicated to providing you with the best IELTS coaching and resources possible. However, I understand that things don’t always go as planned, and you might need a refund. Here’s how my refund policy works so that you’re clear about the process.

1. General Refund Policy

  • I only process refunds for eligible services purchased directly from yourlocalieltscoach.com.
  • You need to initiate your refund request within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds will only be granted if you haven’t accessed or used the service (like downloading e-books, attending live classes, or using the ChatGPT prompts).
  • For online class fees, I’ll consider a refund if:
    • You haven’t attended more than one live session.
    • You request the refund within 7 days of the course start date.
    • You haven’t accessed any recorded classes or course materials during that time.
  • Please note that I won’t be able to process refund requests received after 7 days of your purchase.

2. Conditions for Refund

  • If you run into technical issues preventing you from accessing my online classes, e-books, or other materials, reach out to me first. I’ll do my best to resolve the issue. If I can’t fix it, you might be eligible for a refund.
  • If you’re genuinely not satisfied with my services after using them, email me at yourlocalieltscoach@gmail.com, and I’ll review your request on a case-by-case basis.
  • I’m unable to provide refunds for change of mind, selecting the wrong course, or if you find yourself unable to commit to the schedule after purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Here are a few things I can’t offer refunds for:

  • E-books that you’ve already downloaded.
  • ChatGPT prompt packages once you’ve accessed them.
  • Live coaching classes if you’ve attended more than one session or accessed recorded content.
  • Bundled packages that combine courses, resources, and prompts.

4. My Refund Process

  • If you want to request a refund, just email me at yourlocalieltscoach@gmail.com with your order details, including the purchase date, the service you bought, and why you’re requesting a refund.
  • Once I receive your request, I’ll review it and let you know if it’s approved or not.
  • If I approve your refund, I’ll process it, and you should see the amount credited back to your original payment method within 10-15 business days.

5. Canceling My Services

  • You’re free to cancel your subscription or course registration anytime, but please keep in mind that refunds will only be issued based on the terms above.
