A. This is entirely a matter of personal choice. Some Indian readers are, of course, given to reading things about Indian history, culture, and philosophy, while others may simply be in pursuit of the latest international bestseller, be it fantasy fiction or self-help. The variety of tastes in reading in India would be in equal proportion to the variety of people in India. You will meet readers in all kinds of genres, with all sorts of preferences and interests.
